Important Dates

Spring Commencement

  • January 31, 2012 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
  • April 26, 2012 – Grades from courses taken at other schools and Clep scores are due
  • May 4, 2012 – Rehearsal is tentatively (1 pm – Bell County Expo Center)
  • May 5, 2012 – Spring Commencement – (10 am – Bell County Expo Center)

 

Summer Graduation

  • May 30, 2012 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
  • August 3, 2012 – Degree Conferral Date (date degree will be posted to transcript)

***Note: UMHB no longer conducts Summer Commencement Ceremonies. Summer graduates are invited to attend the following Fall commencement Ceremony. ***

 

Fall Commencement

  • September 30, 2012 - Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
  • December 1, 2012 -  Grades from courses taken at other schools and Clep scores are due
  • December 6, 2012 – Rehearsal (Tentative time1 pm– Tentative Place Bell County Expo Center)
  • December 7, 2012 – Winter Commencement (1pm – Tentative Place Bell County Expo Center)
