Request for Graduation Audit

This request form is filled out in the Registrar's Office with Sherri Fincher, Records Coordinator.  Please come between 8am and 11am or between 12:30pm and 4pm.  If you cannot come at these times, please call Sherri and make other arrangements.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your audit to be completed.

Graduation fees are due at the time of audit review:

• December:  No later than September 28
• May:  No later than October 28
• August:  No later than February 28

Application fee is due when you fill out the application form.

• Bachelor's Degree - $60
• Master's Degree - $75
• Double Degree - $105

There is a $25 late fee for filing after the deadline.
